Paintless Dent Removal

Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) is the process of removing minor dents that have occurred from hail stones,  We do this from the underside of the car panels.  The first step is what we refer to as the removal and installation (R&I) of the inner-works and interior portion of the car, for example, the headliner is temporarily removed for access to the roof or the interior door panel will be removed for access to any dents on the side of the vehicle.

A technician will then use specialized lighting above the car which reflect the dents so he is able to manipulate or massage the dents continually until the right height is reached and the dent eventually disappears.   When there are literally hundreds of dents on a car, the process is repetitive and tedious, but it will restore the value of the hail damaged car, without having the use conventional methods of repair such as refinishing and repainting.

We can open an insurance claim for the customer if one has not been opened yet.  We will gather information such as the deductible amount and if there is rental car coverage.

• Most insurance companies allow up to 3 years from the date of the “loss” (day the damage occurred) to open a claim.
• If our customer has rental coverage, the insurance company will pay for it directly to the Rental Car Company.  If there is no coverage, we, (Hail Free Solutions) will provide a rental car during the repair.
• Most Deductibles range from $500 to $1500.  We waive most deductibles.
• A hail claim will not cause a customers insurance premiums to go up.

We then collaborate with the Insurance Adjuster after he reviews the damage.  A plan is set and an agreement is made with the insurance company and our repair shop, then repairs will begin.

We will arrange for the customer to pick-up their newly Hail Free car, either at our shop or the Rental Car facility.
